gee i feel like blogging but i don't know what to blog about. what if I blog about my visit to Singapore? ever since i owed Eevan a story too.

FIRST DAY
Miranda picked me up at airport with her best friend, Carmen Ang. we directly headed to Miranda's place to put my luggage and we went to the gym.
this picture is taken near the pool. we swam using these clothes (not swimming suit) which caused us almost being caught by the security guard =| we ran like crazy caused the guard was after us!
then we went to have a fish spa at SIN MING called TOOTHLESS FISH SPA. it belongs to Carmen's dad anyway. we went there with Tiffany Mak, a very pretty Hong Kong girl=)

anyway, Carmen is a singer! her voice was great! her mom was also a singer and a great composer. Carmen gave me a CD with all the songs she sang by herself inside on the last day. Gonna upload the song "Close To You" which was sang by her pretty soon=)
Tiffany herself is a very stylish person, a model, and yes she owns an online store! i forget the site, gonna ask her and tell you guys=) she's your type, man!
then we went to ION!

had late dinner at 9 pm with Eric Tedja at Boon Tong Kee, Eric is my childhood friend. He's always on time. We promised to meet at 9, and he had been waiting for us even before 9!
we went to Clark Quay after dinner
have some drinks at a place called CLINIC
this place design's is like a real clinic. with bed for patients as chairs, and take a look at the chairs we're sitting!
anyway Van, most of the places to eat and drink at there is like either club or bar or pub, something like that. we're under age, so we're not allowed to order either beers or wine, just plain drink, children's drink.
oh, Miranda really hate it when i told her that i was hungry. well, she said that i eat like a monster. like when i woke up in the morning, the first thing i would ask her is, either "what time is it?" or "what's for breakfast?" and she hate it when i ask her to bring me to nice place to eat cause according to her, i have to shop a lot, not eat a lot =_=" she couldn't accept the fact that i need snacks! when she was mad at me, i remind of you, cause you've always been calling me "food porn!" aww..
SECOND DAY
lunch at OOTOYA - ORCHARD CENTRAL! with Eric, Miranda of course, and Tiffany your dream girl, ehm!
Eric recommended me to order this. I forgot what it is called but this food is damn delicious! with mashed potatoes and seaweeds on the rice, this is the best Van, you should try them someday! the soup is also very very very tasty!

Tiffany is not that short, okay? i am wearing heels, she's also about 165 cm, like me!
then we went to HAJI LANE (Angeline and Tiffany recommended this place for us)
Eric didn't join us cause he had a Prom Night party that day and Tiffany had something to do, so, just me and Miranda!
those shops at Haji Lane are really cool! But it's nearly 4 pm when we went there, the shop at there closed at 5 pm=(
finally we had our late night snack at SPIZE! and Indian cuisine restaurant!
you can see many Indonesian at there. it opened till 6 am! wow! the music at there was really loud, but you can sit at outdoor, where it's quieter.
like about 11 pm, nearly 12, Isnu Adam came and joined us at there. he's one of Miranda's friend, he used to study at Singapore, now he's studying at Melbourne. he had just arrived from Melbourne.
then we headed to Miranda's house. while Miranda was writing some letters for his friends, me and Isnu cooked INDOMIE!! yes INDOMIE GORENG from Indonesia at err, 1 am? 2 am? i don't remember! but Miranda din eat of course, she's not a monster, she ate properly. LOL Isnu stayed till 4 am that night, and when Isnu has left, Miranda continued writing the letters..
THIRD DAY
wonder why i kept mentioning about lunch not breakfast? cause we slept at 4 am everyday during my visit, and woke up at 10 pm! but today, we have our semi-breakfast-pre-lunch at CRYSTAL JADE XIAO LONG BAO
and this is Isnu!
err, i don't remember what we did after lunch. maybe Starbucks or shopping but i remember that we had our dinner at MARCHE (Vivo City)
Isnu didn't join us because he has a reunion with his friends. Marche is a very unique restaurant. they gave you a card when you get in, you walked around and order some food. it's like erm, self service food court. but you've gotta see the decoration and atmosphere. it's an awesome place with awesome food!
after dinner, we watch "2012", midnight show with Isnu. well, a little story about Isnu. he's a nice guy. Right after we watched the movie, it was like 2 am, so we called for taxi. a taxi came and we asked Isnu to get in first cause he's alone. but he gave up the taxi to us! poor Isnu, the taxi we called for him din show up. =( he also helped us to carry our stuffs. well, it's like a custom there maybe, cause my dad's friend at Thailand is also like that, help us to carry our stuffs aka girls, but well, i think it's hard for me to find a guy in Medan who will open and hold the door for you, help you with your shopping bags, or even hail a cab in the rain for you, and open the taxi door for you. well, it's hard to find such guys at Medan, but yes, that's Isnu=)
if you noticed at what i bought that day, inside that blue plastic bag, there are 2 thick and super heavy books. you know what books, yumm-o with Rachal Ray! yes! my favourite chef! i have James Oliver's but i don't have hers, so i bought them!
FOURTH DAY
Miranda was too sick i guess, that on fourth day, she kicked me to Isnu=( well actually, right after we came back from Vivo, Isnu texted Miranda. idk what they talked about, but Miranda said that Isnu wanted to go to Queensway that day, asked us if we want to join. i said i want but Mir din want, so that day, Isnu became my tour guide!
so early in the morning, ehm, 10 am, he waited for me at the bus stop near Mir's condo.
well, Queensway is a mall where they sell all stuffs that has things to do with sports! Isnu himself is a sport maniac, he do sports like crazy, this is serious, Van! he eat and do sport like crazy! anyway, he planned to buy new shoes and wanted to look for the model at Queensway, so i accompanied him there.
then we had our, ehm, semi-breakfast-pre-lunch (again) at a Hongkong restaurant a mall nearby called Anchor Point!
guess which is mine and which is Isnu's!
then we walked to IKEA, to have the best meatballs!
idk what's wrong with me that day but i ate so little! see this 10 meatballs? i shared with Isnu, i only eat half of them and i don't really eat the mashed potato. screw me!

we went to Paragon to buy "Mei Cen Xiang" aka "Bakwa". What's that? GOOGLE IT YOU LAZY BUMPS! haha. we also went to Toy R Us, Isnu wanted to buy something for his little brother. He bought him a Patrick Star!!
after that we went to accompany Miranda to shop at Great Wall. we're going to have a BBQ party that night, so..
we're rushing that afternoon caused the BBQ started at 5 and it was nearly 5 but we haven't prepared anything yet! while Miranda's maid was cooking some fried rice, I marinated the chicken, Isnu fried the french fries, Miranda also, it was a very busy afternoon.
hey, you know, i smell like pig that night i guess. cause i was helping at the kitchen, the maid was cooking, and you know the smoke and eww they sticked like sticker at my hair, causing my hair smell like EWWW

thennn, ooppsss, no no no, we're not yet doneee! hahaha. we went back to condo, me Mir Isnu and Carmen. watched a very very very very scary Thailand ghost movie! with Mir's cousin, Brenda and her friend. you know i can't stand watching such movie so i hid myself using Isnu's jacket and asked him to tell me the story. like "has the scary part over?" or "err, what's happening?" or "is that little girl a ghost?" sorry Isnu=)
then Isnu, Miranda, Carmen, Sherman, and I headed to Geylang! if u think that we're going to anmo there, then u need to clean your mind you dirty-minded! ahhahah we prawn fishing there! it belongs to Carmen's dad too! no no no, the place is so far away from those anmos so it's a very very very safe place, okay?

i was so sick that night, see that red jacket? well, i lent it from Isnu. i felt like nausea. look at my ugly sleepy dork stupid idiot insomnia face, and you'll understand.
by the way, the BBQ ended at 12, we went to Geylang at 2 am, and we had another prawn BBQ at 6 am!! does that sounds cool? we at BBQ prawn for breakfast!
FIFTH DAY
hmm, nothing much about today. went to SMU flee market, then went to Singapore Expo Hall. We went to a church, called err, Harvest? hmm that church rocks, it's like a rock concert!! it was so fun to be there!! they played electric guitar, bass, everything! we jumped and screamed inside! it's a church, modern church, which doesn't look like church! i had a lot of fun at there! really, it's like you went to Led Zeppelin's concert! and the songs they sang, not like those slow Christmas songs, the songs were like rock band's song! Carmen and Sherman were Christian. while me and Miranda, we're Buddhist. but we don't mind, it's a really great place!
after church service, we went to, Burger King at Raffles!! yes! with Sherman's friends! they're like 30 of us!!! imagine!! we went home pretty early that day, cause we have to pack our stuffs. i don't feel like leaving actually=( they're so friendly and great! also independent! i had too much fun at there!
SIXTH DAY / LAST DAY
back to reality - schools, homeworks =| they're great friends. i feel lucky to have the chance to meet and know them.
Isnu looked so ugly right? even uglier than the ugly duckling huh? haha okay, but he's really ugly, either when he smiled or not, on PICTURES! haha he looked good in the reality. (i wrote this paragraph because when Isnu read this post, he told me that he looked so ugly. i understand how he feels, so..you get what i mean, right, Eevan? haha)
